Jodha Akbar : Lavina Tondon steps into Smilie Suri's shoes

Small screen actor Lavina Tondon of Baal Veer has stepped into Smilie Suri's shoes in the epic Jodha Akbar.

 Sources said that Smilie plays first wife named Ruqayiya of Akbar in the show and she is going to be replaced by Lavani because she looks too young and innocent.

 Says the source, "A lot of actresses had auditioned for the role but Lavina bagged it finally. She will also be seen as actor Cezanne Khan's sister-in-law in Mera Tera Rishta Purana - an adaptation of popular novel Custody by Manju Kapur."

 Lavina refused to confirms about her role of Ruqaiyya in Jodha Akbar.
